An exclusive and constantly changing product range: we select the best Arabica and Robusta coffees and expertly blend them, seeking to achieve precise organoleptic balance, bring out the best characteristics of the variety and create the harmony needed for a perfect espresso.

caffè n° 1

No. 1 is a blend of 100% Arabica coffees from selected origins in Central and South America and the highlands of Africa; our intention is to showcase the singular properties of each variety. In the mouth it offers floral and fruity aromas, followed by hints of chocolate, honey and vanilla. The result is a balanced espresso, pleasantly acidic and with perfect body.

The name is no mistake; No. 3 is the forefather of Sergio Dalla Riva blends, a combination of exquisite South American Arabica and Asian washed Robusta gives rise to an espresso with a dense, intensely-coloured crema; in the cup it gives aromas of dark chocolate, dried fruits and hazelnuts, with hints of liquorice, nutmeg and cinnamon. Slight acidity and good body, but also smooth and velvety.

A blend of 50% Arabica from Central and South America, and 20% Indian Robusta: dense, creamy body, mild flavour with notes of hazelnut and a persistent aftertaste of dark chocolate and spices with slight acidity. Available in beans in 500 gramme packs. The production chain complies rigorously with the requirements for organic certification.

Taste it ground

Single-origin coffees come from one location, but they can also be grown by an individual producer or come from a single plot of land within a cooperative of small growers. These are unique coffees with a precise, traceable and recognisable history; we roast them and offer them unblended with other varieties. Our Single-Origin selection is regularly updated to allow our customers to enjoy new flavour experiences, and they are roasted and ground for moka, espresso or filter, giving unparalleled results whatever the extraction method. All our single-origin coffees are freshly ground and packaged in bags with one-directional freshness valves to ensure long-lasting quality.

ETHIOPIA SIDAMO

A mild flavour and an aftertaste of exotic fruit and spices for this coffee, giving medium vigour and acidity and a distinctive mediterranean aroma with floral and citrus notes of orange and bergamot.

MEXICO SHG

Full body and marked acidity for a coffee tending to sweetness; in the cup it releases a pleasant bouquet of chocolate, cacao and tobacco, with hints of spice and lime.

NICARAGUA SHG

This full-bodied coffee is dense and extremely sweet, with a chocolate and caramel aroma and a smooth aftertaste of dark chocolate. Medium acidity.

SLOW ROASTING AND AIR COOLING

Our roasted coffees are the result of careful research and selection of raw materials, allowing us to create the best blends and the most extraordinary single origins. In line with tradition, our coffees are roasted slowly and air cooled, without forgetting the importance of technology; all done with the passion that has distinguished us for 50 years.
